do you mean beer pong (with paddles) or beirut (throwing)? too many people mistakenly refer to the game where you throw the ball into the cup as beer pong. beer pong is with paddles, played similar to ping pong, with full cups of beer. beirut is without paddles, throwing balls into partially filled cups of beer. both great games, but different.

either way, both are worth doing. it’s all about being relaxed & feeling the flow. as a friend of mine put it… be the ball, and jump in the cup. excellent advice.
