How are you doing with this? Have you seen your doctor?
Sometimes you have to force yourself to start making changes. On days when I feel like crap, I make myself get up and do something meaningful with my day. It isn’t always easy.
Do you keep a journal? I find that writing about my feelings, and keeping track of my goals in a journal helps.
What are some things you would rather do? What would it take to do them?
