I bought three Veterans Day cards, and I sent one to a friend in Iraq, one to my father-in-law, and and gave the last one to my husband. My father-in-law (a WWII vet) was really touched; he said no one had ever sent him a Veterans Day card before.

This is a bit belated...

but I’d actually thought of you on Veteran’s Day, so I hope you had a good one. I didn’t know they had V-Day card’s either, but I did thank my adopted brother-in-law for his service with the Marines during Vietnam. You’ve given me an idea for next year, though. :)
