OK! So I spent a whole 3 days at some retreat doing this nonsense…it was kind of wierd, but i wont lie, i felt changed. i didn’t tell like Aakash or another friend, but I don’t feel the need since Aakash really already knows and I’m sure the other person could care less one way or the other.
