I think of my Mentors and Spiritual Teachers as my personal Board of Directors. They are people that remain on my side no matter what. They help me with advice and sometimes by just cheering me on. On occasion, they have helped me up and dusted off my knees.

I have mentored and am looking as well… you kind of need to do both. Give and receive, teach and learn. It is definitely good to have a group that you can reach out to and share your fears as well as your ideas.
