lose weight (read all 17 entries…)

Solution  — 1 year ago

I think I’ve figured out the secret to this goal (for me, at least): when I’m productive, I forget to eat. So, all I need to is get better at this and this, and I’ll magically lose weight!

Sounds easy, except those other two goals have been on my list for well over a year and are my most cheered – yet I’m still no closer to achieving them, and that’s even after changing “stop procrastinating” to “procrastinate less”.

All of which makes me think I shan’t be losing any more weight any time soon.

Comments:

I just had another idea.

I should get a haircut! It’s well overdue.

Because...

that’s going to change your weight drastically! Thanks for making me smile, night.

You never know!

Night!

...that one ounce might matter…

It might actually...

make a difference if I cut my hair.

Or mine...

I usually keep it bunned up in the back of my head, and I can always feel the momentum as my hair settles back into place when I snap my head…

You know, though...

...that not eating isn’t healthy! Eating less and increasing activity is the key. (Says the person who isn’t losing weight either, but doesn’t particularly want to right now.)

Right now...

...I’m eating more and decreasing activity – not an ideal situation, really!

That's right!

Don’t skip breakfast like I did this morning. I felt faint on the tram to college.

Are you feeling better now?

I had yoghurt and muesli for breakfast.

Yes thanks.

I had a sausage roll after my first lesson. It was stupid of me not to have breakfast.

go

with the flow.
Eat more when you feel that you need it – eat less, if that is what you want.
