stop smoking
One year...

It’s been almost one year since I’ve stopped smoking. I’m 28 and had a very very mild stroke over a year and half ago and that scared me enough to stop. PLEASE STOP before it’s too late. I will never ever look back. The best decision of my life. Now if I could only teach my dear mom about that. How it’s killing her.

Hey

Thanks for the support. It wasn’t easy but I didn’t do it cold turkey. I used Zyban (not covered in Canada by insurance and expensive) or another name for it the anti- depression drug called WellButrin (covered in Canada by all personal insurance). My doctor just prescribed to me WellButrin for 6 weeks twice a day. Worked like a charm. I also had it in my head to stop smoking and the third time was the charm.

Good Luck and I’m behind you 100%.
