I finally went to Rome last spring (a long-time dream…). It was everything I hoped for and more. What a breath-taking city. You can’t walk a block without seeing something beautiful, old, interesting, or all of the above. Magnificent. I have missed it every day since I returned to Canada, and hope to go back next year.
