be addicted to yoga

i went to yoga something crazy like 4x/week in jan-march, but my body sort of couldn’t take it. everything was sore and arthritis-y. i was also eating tons. so i switched: i tried controlling what i ate more, instead of doing yoga so much.

that didn’t work, and now i am too fat to go to yoga. i miss it so much! it’s the one thing i REALLY feel meant to be addicted to. i’m doing some on my own as part of stretching before the other sorts of working out that i do, though, and i hope to feel strong enough to go back soon.

i should clarify, i think everyone can do yoga. and i still go to these easier classes on sun/mon. but it’s these really tough tues-thurs classes i miss.
