design a modern home and live in it (read all 2 entries…)
Okay, so I've got the lot. 4 years ago

It’s in Rosarito, TJ and the idea is to build a modern home to vacation, live, or play with. Monday the parents and moi were in TJ and stopped by to check out the lots. For once, my camera wasn’t out of batteries or memory, so I took photos of the view. The top photo shows the view to the right, then the front view, then the view sort of to the left, and in the bottom what our sunsets will look like. Now all I have to do is design it. ;-)

If that isn’t a complete dream come true, I don’t know what is. :) I’ve always dreamed of a custom built modern home of my own on the ocean, but I know that I could never be in charge of that design (no patience for architecture unfortunately). What a fantastic lot – I’m sending you many good vibes on this one.

This was an interesting article forwarded by a friend. Seems like a practical excecution of a low energy house. Not the design of the home, but the systems for heating water and house. I suppose TJ will be all about cooling the house.
