Our local goat dairy was recently hiring. True, the vacancy was basically to muck goat-poop, but I would have been there, willing foot in the door, eager to learn how to make cheese whenver they might have let me. Unfortunately, I don’t have a car, and the dairy is nowhere near a busline; oh well. I can make this happen on my own, someday…

where there is a will, there is a way....
..to make goat cheese
:P
how’s life, my friend?
cheers BB
:)
Life is… life is.
Life is up and down and a little of everything in between. I’m in the midst of a health scare, but I had this moment when I was trying to think of what I “need” for Christmas. I realized, I don’t need anything. Oh, money to pay off student loans and doctor’s bills, or maybe a car, would sure be nice, but really, I don’t need anything. It was a funny, liberating, settling moment for me. I’m now just “being with” it all.
So, have you seen “Stranger Than Fiction”? Next on my list is “Apocalypto” (I don’t know why, but I want to see it)
Well, I appreciate your checking in. Do let me know how you are doing, too :)And now I’m going to each chocolate cake in bed while I watch that Sarah Silverman video. Cheers!
I'm good...
sounds like what you need is that winter hibernation nap!
health scare?!? – hope all will turn out well…..
S Silverman is a wacky gal….. choc cake… save me a piece too! :P
yup.. I saw Stranger Than Fiction a few weeks ago… loved it…. definitely top 10 material…
PS see my latest entry for some of the major disappointments from the world of cinema in a weak 2006
Take care, bookbabe
maybe it's 'coz I'm a capricorn
but I love goats they are the cutest animals- their milk and cheese is wonderful.
You’ll probably hate me for this but goat meat is excellent too. Especially curried.
