Actually, what I was fearing to happen is starting to happen. I feel like I need less sleep than I did. But then again, I can’t say I’m feeling that good either. I think I’m just getting used to the lack of sleep somehow, as if my body found a way to compensate.
I often go to sleep at like 3-4-5 and even 6 am and go to work the next day, fortunately at around 10 or 11am since I can arrange my schedule however I want. Perhaps this is part of the problem as I have no real incentive to modify my habits. At the same time I think I’m so bad at controlling my sleeping habits that I’d just either be late at work often or worse just call in sick… That’s my worst unachieved goal yet, fortunately other things are getting together.
I’ve found doing exercice on a regular basis really helps me though, I tend to be more regular at everything (wink wink lol).
Oh well, I’m not giving up!
