My headache calendar is not the over-copied piece of paper they hand you at your neurologist’s office. Nor is it one that is premade by a particular drug company. None of them ever quite worked out for my headaches…which last three days on many occasions. So I made my headache calendar into a blog.

But, when I dont update it…I have to scramble and try to remember the doozy headaches (which is pretty easy) and then fill in the blanks with a bunch of little headaches which are probably wrong on the dates. You have to bring your calendar with you to office appointments.
