July 20. Boyfriend and I had a long walk this evening. I think 45 minutes or so. The goal is to make this a Wednesday evening routine

July 18. I went to the gym again after months and months. Biked for 30 minutes and did a couple of sit-ups. Felt really well afterwards. I want those 30-45 minutes of sports on Monday to become a lifelong routine!

Non-negotiable

I read an article the other day that said the people that were most successful with their fitness regime made it a non-negotiable thing. Basically, it was penned in, like a work meeting, and they would not cancel. I think that’s a nifty way to look at things.
