Ideas

1. Soak in the bath with bubbles, music, and a book.
2. Read a book in a cafe.
3. Take a walk alone at night all bundled up. Perhaps with hot chocolate or coffee.
3. Draw in my sketch book or take up some sort of artsy craft, a fun project.
4. Stretch in the morning.
5. Call up a friend and lounge together.
