I’ve met and chatted with Ben Folds several times back in the Ben Folds Five days. My friend and I drove all over the place to see them, and we always waited around after the shows to say hi. He always stayed chatting until each and every fan had as many photos/autographs as they wanted. He always seemed genuinely happy to be there meeting everyone.

I know more than one person absolutely obsessed with Ben Folds!

My friend met him after a show a couple of years ago and he drew her a piano. I was so jealous.

GrammaG is disappointed.

He seems to have that effect on people. It’s been too long since I’ve been to one of his concerts so I’m hoping for some U.S. dates in ‘07.
