it has been way too long since i’ve taken a dance class.
so tonight Gurdjieef dance movements/meditation class started and i’ve been looking forward to it for soooo long. It was very interesting and i very much enojoyed it. it helps you stay in the “now”. i don’t know if it necessarily counts as the “dance” that i meant when i added this goal but it’ll do for now.
ah! that reminds me to pick up my flamenco shoes manana!
after class i went and saw “Step Up!” which was a very entertaining and highly motivating movie about dancing.
