(SAFE) place to try it in america? i spent five months in japan, but never found it when i could afford it (read: before blowing all my money on souvenirs) i did have squid ink ice cream though, so i still feel i was adventurous :o)
anyways, finding a local, licensed place is the key point here; the goal is not eat blowfish and die, hehe.
