I ordered a Singapore Sling in Raffles hotel, Singapore a couple of years ago. Raffles is a strange place – the floor is carpeted with shells from peanuts, and there are little birds hopping around everywhere. Which is a bizarre contrast to the otherwise incredibly formal environment (waiters in dinner jackets and bow ties etc.) Oh, and the drinks aren’t cheap… ;)
