i do that too. but it’s like a thing of mine. when i start a book. but i only read the last lines. it’s interesting when you actually get to the end and you remember that you read it before…and it’s like “oh, now it makes sense”. sometimes, i get informations without wanting to, and it makes me wanna finish the book faster just to see if what i think will happen will actually ..happen :)
as a suggestion, read just the last lines and see if you can remember them when you get close to the end, if you can guess what happens… i only regreted it once …and even then it wasn’t actually a regret
