I’m having Christmas dinner for my friends on monday and I think that this will be a great converstion starter… now to find the things to place around the living room… any ideas?

A bearing ...

A roller-bearing from an old car is always good. People will have a tough time figuring out what it is and you can probably buy one for a couple dollars at a auto parts store.

Not many people have ever seen one, but they are very common and make great paper-weights.
