I’ve began a regiment of running 4 miles daily, Thus far my anxiety attacks have seized to exist any longer. It’s been great, one weird thing that’s happened is that I’ve also gained 6 pounds. From running 4 miles daily? Wait a minute, I thought I was supposed to loose weight? Oh well, all things in time I want to get back into the same shape I was in during my High School years. Well at least within my running I’ve lost my anxiety! :)

A true journey begins within every struggle to obtain something great in our lives. Be it a goal, a love, or something as simple as a new routine. If it’s worth doing, its going to be hard. Hard as hell, push through it. Learning to love yourself begins with a fight!

Hah, Love the picture of the dog you have. Tom Cruise? Nah, I’m no scientologist. Its really simple, exersize releases endorphins or so I’ve been told. I know nothing about depression really, It works for me just running you know? Well, give it a try let me know if it works for you too. :oD
