Jewelry design is an art
I think the traditional jewelry designers were Indians. It was in this eastern country that wide spread use of intricate jewelry items was followed. I had done a paper on the history of India and I see that it was in this country that trinkets and other embellishments such as chains, necklaces, pendants, and earrings were used. You have varied interests, Peter, from fashion accessories to social issues to now jewelry design. I have come to know a lot about you from your company Belisi Fashions’ website. So, what is it about jewelry design that fascinates you? In another of your ‘things to do’, you had mentioned that you wished to live in Europe. Considering your liking for jewelry design, I think Antwerp would be a good place to settle down. This country has been known to be renowned on jewelry design and trading.
It is a work of art
Thanks Christopher for your information on jewelry design in India. Yes, most of these eastern countries are known to be adept at jewelry design. I have always been interested in artistic endeavors. It is for this reason I guess that I have created the company Belisi Fashions. Designing clothing accessories is similar to designing jewelry. Both require creativity and an eye for detail. I have not yet ventured into jewelry design…so I have striven to create some really exquisite ties, scarves, and other fashion accessories. Till I come up with my intended line of jewelry design, I will devote my time to making Belisi Fashions a truly successful company in every sense of the word.
