This has been going perilously slowly ever since I went back to work in September. I seriously need to get a job that gives me more time for reading and doing my own research. But I’ve managed, in the past two weeks or so, to fit in a most glorious book:

Ada, or Ardor: A Family Chronicle – Vladimir Nabokov

I also read a book that was not on my list of 100 books, The Awakening by Kate Chopin. Both of these works touched me deeply and made me realize that I do need more time for myself and my own passions. I do not want my life to be wasted by regret and so I am searching for a job that will give me more satisfaction for the amount of time I put into it as well as be able to be left at the office when the day is done so that I may pursue my own interests without being overwhelmed with guilt.
