I woke up at 8:00am. 8:00-8:30 I have used the bathroom. I had a very horrible sleep last night so I have decided to just “play it by ear” today. Yesterday I went grocery shopping & I forgot my shopping lists for the “slim away everyday” plan. So I have just bought what something yesterday for the basic food groups and I wont know if I did well till the week is up or at least to the third or fourth day into the week. I have weighed myself today and I have noticed I became 5 pounds less (2 kilo’s less) without I even tried. I am now 270 pounds (123 kilo’s) as of today. I attempted yesterday to make a schedule for the week but when reviewing it today I don’t see all that I am suppose to do. . .
8:30-9:00 get dressed & open blindes (though it is not sunny outside)

Couldn’t figure out what to do if I can’t go outside when it is raining. There is no alternative spot in the schedule.

This was a complete disaster as I was so hungry I was making my husband crazy. Again I don’t believe anyone that is over 250 pounds that can do the blast off week without being hungry or going off the diet!
