I don’t care if this really is not an R picture. Every time I see it in my collection, I feel great respect for every person who saves lives. I just watched the 911 movie with Nicholas Cage and it was pretty amazing. It was like going through that day all over again. I felt all the same feelings that I did on that day. I was shocked, sad, and full of anxiety. I have great respect for the people that do these jobs. Thank you :)

I took this photo when I went in 04 to see the WTC area being rebuilt. It still looked pretty bad 3 years later…...
