Pre-Schedule for "dancing"
Today I wanted to exercise and do some dancing. I haven’t exercised in so long. It wasn’t on the schedule today but the schedule doesn’t officially start anyway till January first anyway. I enjoyed dance exercising very much though I know I was still stuck on dance move number 1. I am not sure how this will work out because I need a lot of space to dance and we have a rather wide table so I will have to see where I could put it or move it in the meantime. I rapidly became so tired (as in sleepy) after I had exercised for 20 minutes. My muscles had hurt for a few hours. Since I was so tired I thought the best time to exercise would be 1 hour before bedtime to get better sleep. I know I would feel great if it can at least do this 3 to 4 times a week.

It was very hard to do these things while my husband was here. I can do these things before he wakes up but it’s a little intimidating when he is already up even though that is just me and has nothing to do with him.
