become a hippie

I don’t know if I want to become a hippie per se, but rather like a road demon who just travels from one place to another being happy. Being transient and not staying in one place to long, just long enough to get a job or sell some stuff to pay for the next road trip. I probably would need an accurate definition of what exactly a hippie is before I say that I want to become one. I am a vegetarian and do yoga, but that’s not all that makes a hippie. I think hippie is more of a mind set and way of being rather than a label or term associated with things of the past.

sounds to me like you’d rather be a hell’s angel, but a nice one that gets beat up by all the other angels. lol..

indeed, hippy is definately a mind set.

ah, I can relate. kinda like bill bixby in the old incredible hulk TV show or even the old kung fu. hope you’ve read your Kerouac – thats a great prerequisiste for life on the road :)

Jesus you guys are lame, you haven’t yet mentioned the best movie ever made about hippies, Easy Rider, about two hippies from california who sell some coke and ride cross country to martigras on some kickass choppers. That movie is awesome, who the hell is mentioning the hulk???? Uhg w/e
