It hurts so good 2 years ago

I did my first workout early this morning(or yesterday morning by now depending on your time zone). My arms and shoulders feel like lead weights, but it’s a good feeling.

I found an excercise schedule I had used before, and am planning to use it. My legs and abs are next up on the list.

My back actually hurts in a bad way, but it was like that before I started working out… one of the reasons I decided to do this.

so good… i started an exercise routine last week using resistance training. i did my legs today… wow, do they hate me tonight.

Hehe, I can barely lift my legs now. They’re definitely gonna be sore later.

Maybe I should work it so the days I do my arms and legs aren’t next to each other, because that’s gonna leave me with days I can’t move any of my limbs!

yea, dont work out one day then the next. not for a while anyway. after a while you’ll get use to it. you wont be as sore… yea, my legs are killing me today. they better get better…
