I recommend next..

1. All About Eve
Marilyn Monroe has a bit part. But no, that is not the reason why I recommend it. I was enthralled right through this movie. By the story/script and the performances. This entry reminds me to watch it again.

2. Gone With The Wind
Among my all time favorite films are Dr Zhivago and Gone With the Wind. I have seen both multiple times. I envy anyone who has not watched these two films. The first time is spell-binding.

Zhivago

is one of my all time favorites (but Casablanca takes the gold) – not just because it’s such an incredible love story, but also because it’s a tale of revolution and the excesses therein.

I’ve never gotten into Gone with the Wind – I’ve never even tried. So it’s going to be one of my first, because we have it here.

A few on the list I might have already seen, but if I’m not crystal sure, then I might as well watch them again!

Zhivago

Have you seen Reds?

For a great long evening watch both Reds and Zhivago …

I have not watched

Reds.

Thank you for suggesting it. Perhaps this weekend. :)
