when a group of old age pensioners where questioned about thier regrets, the most common answer was the regret of not taking more risks! It wasn’t what they did do that they regretted – it was what they DIDN’T do!!

How very true. I recently read Frank Skinner’s autobiography and he said he applied the following theory to life – “will I look back at the age of 70 and regret not doing somehting?” If the answer is yes then just go right ahead and do it.
I dont regret a single thing in my life. Even the stupid stuff!
which is why goal no. 5 on my list is exactly the same (although worded differently). I have far more regrets about things I haven’t done than those I have.
