The transition to bringing my own lunch each day took about a year, but I’m happy to report – I love it! It’s nice controlling what you eat, when you eat and how much you’re gonna spend on it. One tough thing is figuring out new things to bring that won’t stink up the office. Last year I spoke with a personal chef who had some creative ideas. You can download the show here:
