I am so out of shape… after not having my cello for a year, and procrastinating picking it up for another 4 months, I finally decided to pull it out and play. And 15 minutes later, my hands and arms were dead. I couldn’t play anymore. But I loved it… and was surprised at how easily it all came back to me.
