I was at the gym today and one of the girls there who I see every morning said she admired me because of the hard work I’ve put in. This meant a lot and it just reminded me how little comments can totally make someone’s day.
I definitely need to do that more, hopefully each day.

I hope you’ve made strides in this. I, too, am trying. This is not an official goal of mine but I try. I have a similar one and that’s complimenting others (but only when I mean it). Hopefully, I can mesh the two together.
