Not too far from the Dutchess County Airport, there is a wooded hill. Planes that are coming in for a landing fly pretty low over this wooded hill, perhaps that is why no one has tried to build anything there. Many years ago, an X girlfriend of mine, and I went to the top of this hill, to a flat area with tall grass. We walked into the grass a ways, then flattened out an area. As it was getting dark, we made love in the grass, and were lucky enough to have a plane fly in over our heads while we were making love there. It was a pretty intense experience.
