I can’t believe how hard this has been for me. I used to be a very early riser, now if I can crawl out of bed before 8:00 I feel lucky! What can I do to be better about this?

Or maybe get one of those models that has two alarms?
If you wait a year or two, a (Harvard?) student designed an alarm clock that rolls away after it is turned off, so you can’t keep hitting “snooze”.
