I’m afraid this one defeated me. I must confess I’m a little disappointed. But to be fair, it really came down to the wire and the end of the year is always such a busy time. Plus it was starting to feel a bit like a chore and that’s one thing I never want my reading to feel like. For that reason, I’m giving this up rather than make another attempt for 2007. I plan to continue keeping track of how many books I read, but I won’t set myself a goal. Maybe in 2008.
