Controlling my eating 1 year ago

Most importantly I have to control my eating and never again turn to (bad) food for comfort.

Subgoals:
- don’t buy bad food stuff (and if the urge arrises: talk to a friend who knows about my food issues)
- eat a healthy snack in between meals
- have breakfast every day!
- have lunch every day
- prepare lunch on class days
- have just one plate of dinner
- eat fruit and veggies daily

Those are great goals. I always have to resist the temptation to buy sweet snacky things in the grocery store.
