go to yoga regularly
Ties in with "get more exercise" 2 years ago

I have taken a step out of “bookworm with a desk job” and become more flexible by doing my “heretic yoga,” walking more, and taking the stairs. I am ready for the next stage, and there is a free yoga class at noon on Wednesdays, 20 minutes away by bus. I’ve been saying I’m going to do it for months now—2007 is a good time to START!
