A question about this goal:
What's the best time of year to visit Egypt?  — 1 year ago

Answers:

I’d say either March/April, or October/November. We lived in Cairo for five years, I’d love to go back someday.

It all depends on your final destination. I would say Dec-March if you are going to Luxor or Aswan as it is extremely hot otherwise.

Cairo is usually very hot and humid so probably you’ll enjoy it more from Jan-March.

April could be risky if it is the Khamaseen season (dust storms).

Sharm is usually colder than Cairo or Luxor giving you more date choices most of the year, but not in winter. Best time around May-July. Sep-November.

Hurghada is usually windy most of the year making it a great Red Sea beach/water sports destination in the hotter season and Sep-November

I hope that helped.

I think Mnadi gave you the perfect answer. it really depends on where youre going. as far as cairo, as long as you dont go during the summer (may, june, july, aug) then youre good cause its disgustingly hot.. have a great trip!
