I’ve never even come close, maybe 8 inches at best. This will take at least the year, maybe even longer. Ouch.
Hi There – I’ve read just about everything on the internet about how to do the splits and if you want to you will but you have to do this:
*do your stretching EVERY day for around 30mins. Then continue with the splits you can already do and OVER split your legs to increase and maintain flexibility.
