I am starting this cleanse and (diet) tomarrow 1/05/06 i would have strted this on the 1st but i just found out about this about 1 hour ago.. I found it to appealing to me and we will see how it goes. I feel as it will be easy going for me as for I really do not eat much maybe twice a day sometimes only 1 time a day. but not all that healthy. I knew i was over weight but just made excuses for it due to me having my 5th child 4 mo. ago.. I went to a web site that did my BMI and it came out to 30.1 wich indicated that i was in the obease section of the world.
