It may be my imagination but my pants feel looser. I had a banana again for breakfast, YAY me. Jr cheese burger from Wendy’s & I had to take the onion off cuz it was so strong…ok so I only had a lettuce leaf for my veggie.

One good tip
for hamburgers/cheeseburgers is to have them omit the mayonnaise (particularly easy if you’re having the cheese, I find). You can also ask for extra mustard or catsup or pickle relish if you find it dry without the mayo. It’s amazing how quickly the calories in mayonnaise add up over time.
