detox my body with a fast (read all 2 entries…)

I’ve been thinking about this for a while. My stomach is very picky and I need to do something about it. I think if I hit the proverbial reset it might help me out and I can find out exactly what foods are killing my poor tum tum. I have the most amazing book called “30-Day revitalization plan”.

It breaks down how you can get your body into the best shape. It has not only diet and health tips but spirituality, home spa, aromatheropy and meditation. It’s great. And I think I need to do it.

...you’d get it. Killing your poor tum tum is never a good idea, so good luck with this.

I’d suggest not eating fried peanut butter things for breakfast, but I’m afraid that would mean none for me too.

hey its not just the diet, its also the whole preformance of your body and its internal organs!!!

Its not just about food you eat. Chemicals and toxins play a role in your overall health and wellbeing

There is this other fasting diet…too bad I can’t remember the name of it. But is has to do with making a lemonade drink, I think with ginger. Works pretty well for detoxing and ridding of toxins, but after the fifth day you feel like you are going to die. Good luck. BTW, this is the first time that I have looked at this site, and all of your enries are pretty scary, they are word for word what I would have written if I took the time to fill this thing out. It was like I was reading a list of 42 things for myself. Good luck with your goals.

well make the time hun…and you can always just add to mine. I can be the main brain and you can be like the brain side kick… like ummm… caffeine. that spelling always looks wrong to me. but seriously love to see you around more. i’ll subscribe to you and keep my eye out for my brain twins thoughts. haha

and BTW the detox plan book i have is amazing… and it only has you doing complete liquid fast for 2 days. then you are doing partial fast.. and slowly adding raw foods and things that digest fast to optimize your system and get it used to real food that your body can use.

no… i was having a bad day. not feeling well, stressed and ache. didnt think it was a good day to start off something like a detox. it requires mental prep. hah
