going vegan is easy

it isn’t as bad as you’d think, and giving up cheese is pretty easy. The best way to do it is just to take the leap and give yourself three weeks at it before you give up. Slowly phasing out cheese and other products just makes it worse, because you find yourself wanting them even more over the long run. If you give it all up right away rather than scaling back, initially it is hard, but it gets easier as every day passes and you get more distance from animal products.
