Procrastination

Today I had to give myself a “self” talk and put myself in gear for not taking care of things that need to be taken care of. I finally started one of my school projects that I put off for weeks. Surprisingly it was not as difficult as I thought it would be and was actually stimulating to use my brain.I also filed my stack of papers that was unmanageable so the desk is once again in order. I cannot understand this behavior because it drags me down. I guess I should not procrastinate talking to my therapist about this..lol
