A good week all in all.
My running is so much easier when eating healthy foods. My body just seams to be full of energy. Over christmas while eating the junk foods, my body ached on the runs and I definatly didn’t enjoy them as much.
Since it’s the new year I thought I’d compare my results from where I started to where I am now. I was surprised haha. Funny how you forget were you were. I’ll use the stats from my first entry on 43 things (4th Sept 2006)
Weight
Now : 171.6 (Down 1.4lbs on last week)
Then : 191
Total : -19.4lbs
BMI
Now : 25.3 (Down 0.2 on last week)
Then : 28.2
Total : -2.9
At this rate just 2 weeks till I’m in the 25 range YAY.
