5am – 3 eggs scrambled with skim milk, parsley and tsp margarine
1 small cup of green tea
Lunch:
2 sushi rolls – 1 avocado, 1 tuna and lettuce
Fruit salad with 1/2 a mango, 1 kiwi fruit, five strawberries and 2 tbsp of strawberry yoghurt
5pm – 2 slices of raisin toast with margarine
1 glass water
Dinner: went out to an Indian restaurant for my sister’s birthday and had a smorgasbord. Happy birthday Jas!
I had 2 pakoras with mint dip, two spoons butter chicken and basmati rice, spoonful of lamb korma with rice, 1 small piece of tandoori chicken, 1 spoonful of spicy noodles and veg, small amount of salad, spoon of dahl, 1 piece of naan bread and 2 small bowls of dessert. Whoa baby! So full right now! Yummy
