Look here, and the relevant game is Spinword for Windows Vista. Exciting! (For me, at least!)
Thanks to Des for the link. :-)

Exciting!
Despite the hundreds of years the people in the company have worked in games, this is the first time any of us have had a game featured at such a high profile event (or even at low profile events, in fact).
Des and Snickerdoodle are headed to the Grand Canyon!
...cumulatively, I hope.
Even cumulatively, that seems like an awful lot. How many people are you adding together?

It’s really happening! Congrats!
Of course this news comes just as I am breaking my latest addiction to an online word game. But my workplace computer still has an old Windows version (updating isn’t a high priority when one’s work is done mainly in Microsoft Word), so unfortunately (b/c it would be way fun to try the game) but fortunately (b/c I tend to get addicted to word games), it will probably be a good while before I have a chance to check it out.
A version for Windows XP will be forthcoming, so you have time to get over your last addiction!
I’m scared to ask what game it was, but please tell me anyway. :-)

I mean really old. As in Windows 2000 or something like that. (I’m so ignorant that I don’t even know how to check to be sure.)
Don’t be scared. So many word games are really fun, & I have it on good authority that you are blameworthy for creating a very addictive one! The one I’m quitting is eastoftheweb’s Eight1.
