Breakfast: shredded wheat cereal with almonds and raspberries. didnt care for the raspberries + fat free milk
plus some coffee with fat free milk and 2 equal packets
The diet packet thing made me gag, i might end taking those.
Snack: Ate strawberries with lemon juice and nutmeg. delicious.
Lunch: Half a can of minestrone soup + 4 lowfat crackers and a diet coke
Dinner: salmon with vegetables
i think my salmon proportion was too much, but im not sure. it was delicious and filling
Dessert: 100 cal. cookie bag + diet coke
It wasnt too hard not giving in at cafe 84, but i almost did. it IS tempting. this should save me money though.

I was supposed to go in the morning and after dance but I chickend out and skipped it. I am supposed to go tomorrow morning, but i already know i need the sleep…
